【摘要】:Theflowratetestisusedtoconfirmthatthesprayvalveisoperatingatthemanufacturer''sratedflowrateatthespecifiedwaterpressure.Thistestwouldalsoassisttheoperatorincontrollingthewaterandsewerconsumptionandreducethewaterheatingbills.Thecleanabilitytestisusedtoverifythesprayvalve''seffectivenessatcleaningtheplatesbeforetheyaresentintothedishwashingmachine.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthewaterconsumptionflowrateandcleanabilityofprerinsesprayvalves(hereafterreferredtoassprayvalves).Thefoodserviceoperatorcanusethisevaluationtoselectasprayvalveandunderstanditswaterconsumptionandcleaningeffectiveness.1.2Thefollowingproceduresareincludedinthistestmethod:1.2.1Waterconsumption(see10.2).1.2.2Cleanability(see10.3).1.3Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.1.4Thistestmethodmayinvolvehazardousmaterials,operations,andequipment.Itdoesnotaddressallofthepotentialsafetyproblemsassociatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheusersofthistestmethodtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortoitsuse.
