【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiesthetechnicalrequirementsandestablishesmethodsofcontrolandtestaswellasacceptanceconditionsforfibre-cementprofiledsheetsandtheirfibre-cementfittingsforoneormoreofthefollowinguses:--roofing,--internalwallfinishes,--externalwallandceilingfinishes.Forthepurposeofthisdocumentfibre-cementprofiledsheetsareclassifiedaccordingtotheirheightofcorrugationandtheirmechanicalcharacteristics.Thisdocumentcoversfibre-cementprofiledsheetsreinforcedwithfibresofdifferenttypeasspecifiedin5.1.1,withandwithoutfactoryappliedcoating.Thisdocumentdoesnotincludecalculationswithregardtoworks,designrequirements,installationtechniques,windupliftorrainproofingoftheinstalledsheets.NOTESomeoftheserequirementscanbeappliedtocurvedsheets,afteragreementbetweenmanufacturerandpurchaser.

【摘要】:Theflashpointtemperatureisonemeasureofthetendencyofthetestspecimentoformaflammablemixturewithairundercontrolledlaboratoryconditions.Itisonlyoneofanumberofpropertiesthatmustbeconsideredinassessingtheoverallflammabilityhazardofamaterial.Flashpointisusedinshippingandsafetyregulationstodefineflammableandcombustiblematerialsandclassifythem.Consulttheparticularregulationinvolvedforprecisedefinitionsoftheseclassifications.Thistestmethodcanbeusedtomeasureanddescribethepropertiesofmaterialsinresponsetoheatandatestflameundercontrolledlaboratoryconditionsandshallnotbeusedtodescribeorappraisethefirehazardorfireriskofmaterialsunderactualfireconditions.However,resultsofthistestmethodmaybeusedaselementsofafireriskassessment,thattakesintoaccountallofthefactorsthatarepertinenttoanassessmentofthefirehazardofaparticularenduse.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationoftheflashpointofaviationturbinefuel,dieselfuel,kerosineandrelatedproductsinthetemperaturerangeof40to135x00B0;Cbyasmallscaleclosedcupapparatus.1.2Thistestmethodisonlyapplicabletohomogeneousmaterialsthatareliquidatornearambienttemperatureandattemperaturesrequiredtoperformthetest.1.3Thistestmethodisnotapplicabletoliquidscontaminatedbytracesofhighlyvolatilematerials.1.4Thistestmethodisadynamicmethodanddependsonadefiniterateoftemperatureincrease.Itisoneofmanyflashpointmethodsavailable,andeveryflashpointtestmethod,includingthisone,isanempiricalone.1.5Iftheuser''sspecificationrequiresadefinedflashpointmethod,neitherthistestnoranyothermethodshouldbesubstitutedfortheprescribedmethodwithoutobtainingcomparativedataandanagreementfromthespecifier.1.6ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.7Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecifichazardstatements,seeSection7andtheMaterialSafetyDataSheetfortheproductbeingtested.
