【摘要】:ThissectionofIEC534-8includesthemethodformeasuringthesoundpressurelevelduetoliquidflowthroughacontrolvalveandthemethod'fordeterminingthecharacteristicincreaseofnoiseduetotheonsetofcavitation.Italsodefinestheequlpment,methodsandproceduresforthelaboratorymeasurementoftheairbornesoundneededtodeterminethesecharacteristics.Theairbornesoundincludesthatradiatedfromthecontrolvalveandtheassociatedpipingconfiguration,íncludingfixedflowrestrictionsthroughwhichthetestfluid(water)ispassing(seenotei).TheprimarypurposeofthissectionofIEC534-8istoprovideamethodfordeterminingthecharacteristicincreaseofnoiseduetocavitation,includingamethodformeasuringnoisegeneratedincontrolvalvesbyhydrodynamicflow.Methodsofmeasuringthenoiseradiatedfromthevalveandassociatedtestpipingallowsacomparisonofvariousmeasureddatawhichisbeneficialtotheuserandthemanufacturer.Thenoisetobemeasuredtakesintoaccountthenoiseradiatedfromthecontrolvalveitselfandthenoisegeneratedbythevalvebutradiatedfromtheassociatedpipingsystem.Thetestdataareexpressedassoundpressurelevelsofthevalveunderconsiderationusingwaterasthetestfluid.DeterminationofsoundpowerlevelsisbeyondthescopeofthissectionofIEC534-8.Thenolsecharacteristicsareusefulforthefollowingreasons:a)todeterminethecharacteristicpressureratiofactorxFzofacontrolvalve;b)topredictvalvenoiseforgivenprocessconditions;c)tocomparetheperformanceofdifferentvalves;d)toplanmeasuresforincreasingsenricelifeandnoiseabatement.
