【摘要】:Thistestmethodprovidesproceduresforobtainingtristimulusvalues,luminancefactorsandchromaticitycoordinatesoffluorescent-retroreflectivematerialsbybispectralcolorimetryusinga45:0or0:45opticalmeasuringsystem.TheCIE1931(2x00B0;)standardobserverisusedtocalculatethecolorimetricpropertiesoffluorescent-retroreflectivesheetingandmarkingsusedindaytimehighvisibilitytrafficcontrolandpersonalsafetyapplicationsbecauseinpracticethesematerialsareprimarilyviewedfromadistancewheretheysubtendlessthan4x00B0;ofthevisualfield.Thistestmethodisapplicabletoobject-colorspecimensofanyglosslevel.Duetotheretroreflectivepropertiesofthesematerialsthecolorimetricdatamaynotbesuitableforuseincomputercolorantformulation.Thistestmethodissuitableforqualitycontroltestingoffluorescent-retroreflectivesheetingandmarkingmaterials.Note18212;Separationofthefluorescenceandreflectancecomponentsfromthetotalcolorimetricpropertiesprovidesusefulandmeaningfulinformationtoevaluateindependentlytheluminescentanddiffusereflectiveefficiencyandconsistencyofthesematerials.Thistestmethodistherefereemethodfordeterminingtheconformanceoffluorescent-retroreflectivesheetingandmarkingmaterialstostandarddaytimecolorimetricspecifications.1.1Thistestmethoddescribestheinstrumentalmeasurementofthecolorimetricproperties(CIEtristimulusvalues,luminancefactors,andchromaticitycoordinates)offluorescent-retroreflectivesheetingandmarkingmaterialswhenilluminatedbydaylight.1.2Thistestmethodisgenerallyapplicabletoanysheetingormarkingmaterialhavingcombinedfluorescentandretroreflectivepropertiesusedfordaytimehighvisibilitytrafficcontrolandpersonalsafetyapplications.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
