【摘要】:Thisstandardcoversdrawouttype,indoormedium-voltagegroundingandtesting(G&T)devicesforuseindrawoutmetal-cladswitchgearratedabove4.76kVthrough38kVasdescribedinIEEEStdC37.20.2-1993.ThreeG&Tdevicetypesaregenerallysuppliedfortemporarycircuitmaintenanceproceduresforinsertioninplaceofthecircuitbreakerasfollows:a)Simplemanualdevicesb)Simpleelectricaldevicesc)ComplexelectricaldevicesTheremaybemorecomplexG&Tdevicesthatmayincludecurrentand/orvoltagetransformers,glow-tubes,orotheraccessorycomponentsandmayalsohavetheabilitytointerruptshort-circuitcurrent.Thesemorecomplexdevicesarenotcoveredbythisstandard.Duetotheircomplexity,additionaltestingandinterlockingarerequiredandmanufacturersshouldbeconsultedfortheavailabilityandratingsofthesetypesofdevices.
